In other words, as far as gameplay is concerned, nothing has changed. The murky water is slowly dissipating and Lulu’s voice has returned. With the Great Bay Temple complete, the waters of Great Bay are now returning to a normal temperature, so fish will no longer boil to death and can safely migrate back.
